Dear customers,
It's unbelievable, but soon it will be 20 years since I first went to Spain with two empty suitcases in search of quality flamenco shoes and various other accessories and props that we couldn't do without when studying flamenco dance. We couldn't buy anything like that here, everything could only be ordered directly from Spain by mail order and none of us had any experience with the quality, sizes or differences between different brands of manufacturers.
And that's how Flamenkin was born in 1994.
I decided to prepare a few gifts for myself and my customers for this beautiful anniversary:)
The first one is this new website with an eshop. The old one served faithfully for almost 17 years, but online shopping is evolving rapidly and recently its possibilities have become insufficient. Some categories from the old site I have eliminated or merged and others, new ones I have added.
Already in the old e-shop the division into shoes that are in stock and therefore immediately available for shipment and shoes on order was very useful. This part for professional shoes is not finished yet, but it is not a problem to arrange orders for your dream shoes by email or phone consultation based on the websites of the shoe manufacturers I work with (Don Flamenco, Gallardo, Senovilla, Begoña Cervera).
A brand new category is certainly not specifically flamenco, but generally valid category "Beauty, health, fitness" (not only for flamenco dancers), which I have included in the new shop thanks to the experience of coronavirus cap. Back then I had to close my dance studio from one day to the next and of course nobody needed flamenco goods either. I decided to fill the resulting emptiness and inactivity, accompanied by a daily barrage of information about how many people were sick or newly infected, by studying ways to keep healthy and fit. This led me first to the natural products of the Czech company Energy, whose herbal products that take care of the body and mind are produced using the latest findings of phytotherapy, aromatherapy, homeopathy and with respect for the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. And to understand it all even better, I started studying the basics of Chinese medicine, which is of course a lifelong study, but I must admit that I enjoy it very much and I am trying it out for myself and experiencing my first successes. So, in time, I would like to add my favourite or successfully tried remedies to this category, which can be good helpers in your health care.
The new eshop is of course not ready yet, but I will gradually add interesting articles and information as well as new products.
