Antonio Vargas Cortés El Potito was born in 1976 in Seville. His parents were gypsy dancers. At the age of six, he was already singing and playing guitar on tourist boats that ply the Guadalquivir River.
He performed at the best parties and was supported by renowned artists such as Camarón, Paco de Lucía and Lola Flores.
At only fourteen years old, he recorded this, his first album produced by Pepe de Lucía, and achieved remarkable success. The recording was made by top collaborators: Paco de Lucía, Tomatito, Vicente Amigo, Manolo Franco and others.
